Myth-conceptions and Cyclical Magic
I've been interested in health and wellbeing, particularly women's health and wellbeing for many years. Long before I studied menstrual cycle coaching and natural fertility education. One thing I have gladly noticed over the years is a dramatic shift in how we as women have come to view our bodies, and our menstrual and ovulatory cycles.
What if success meant something different?
Every now and then, I sit and ponder what led me down the path I’m on—how I became so invested in my own experience of living in my body, and in helping other women do the same. Looking back over the years, I can see that my definition of success has dramatically shifted.
